Large diameter screw increases the injection stroke and the injection volume is about 50% larger than the standard machine.<\/p>\n

The design of low shear and large length-diameter ratio increases the plasticising efficiency by more than 30%, and effectively reduces acetaldehyde level.<\/p>\n

The ejector force is about 40% larger than the ordinary machine, and the ejector stroke is 10-40mm longer.<\/p>\n
